Before the four moments, the foundations
Without a landing point under your direct control, every euro spent on advertising builds someone else’s database. These are setup work, not ongoing management: built once, and owned by the business from then on.
Website, Google profile, pixel, visual system, booking
Tools we develop in house, configurable around the business’s needs rather than a vendor’s catalogue. It’s the same process-automation practice behind our AI Audit.
- Owned website or landing page, with service pages that are indexable (not locked inside images or PDFs) and editable in house.
- Google Business Profile with the right categories, hours, photos and service catalogue: for many customers it’s the first place they see you.
- Pixel and conversion API on the real conversion point, contact form or booking, to make every euro invested attributable to a concrete action.
- Visual system consistent from the shopfront to the post: someone walking past and someone opening your profile should recognise the same business without having to think about it.
- Technical SEO and a privacy policy that matches the data your forms actually collect.
- Online booking or quote requests on your own site, where the contact enters your database instead of an intermediary portal’s.
Getting found
How do people who need what we do find us before they find everyone else?
Google Search on need queries
Ads on the searches that express a need you solve: they catch people who have already decided to fix a problem, at the moment they’re looking for it.
Local SEO
Appearing among the first organic results for people searching your service in their own area, without paying for every click.
Google profile upkeep
Updates, posts and answers to questions: the profile stays a live point of contact, not a shopfront filled in once and abandoned.
Printed flyers
Design and print for the immediate neighbourhood, where the audience isn’t reachable online alone: the local streets, older customers, areas with low digital density.
Radio spots
A channel that stays strong with an adult audience and people in the car. Complementary to online search, never a replacement: it reaches people search demand doesn’t cover.
Getting known
How do I grow beyond the people who already know me?
Meta Ads for awareness
Facebook and Instagram campaigns on the radius you actually serve, ten kilometres for a garage or a whole province for a specialist practice, excluding anyone who bought recently.
TikTok Ads
Vertical footage shot for the platform, never the corporate video cropped to fit: the hand at work, the fault and the repair in the same clip. It covers an audience Meta reaches less well.
Content production
Half a day of filming on site every four to six weeks produces the period’s material: the part before and after, the technical gesture up close, the person doing it. Better than stock, which could show any business in the country.
Social management
Two or three posts a week built on the real rhythm of the business, with promotional posts in the minority. A channel that only talks about discounts teaches its followers to ignore it when there aren’t any.
Getting chosen
Why should a customer choose us over the business two blocks away?
Reviews are the only item on this list that keeps working when you’re paying nothing. A campaign you switch off stops producing enquiries that same evening; eighty reviews at 4.8 keep closing comparisons in your favour a month later, while somebody weighs you against the competitor nearby without you ever knowing. It works in reverse with the same consistency: three negative reviews left unanswered work against you around the clock, and no advertising budget overwrites them. That’s why we treat reviews as infrastructure to build and automate, not a favour to ask when someone remembers.
Structured review acquisition
An automatic request at the end of the job, on the channel the customer is already using: a QR on the receipt or invoice, a link in the closing message. It fires when satisfaction peaks, not three weeks later.
Review management and replies
A reply to every review, positive ones included. Negative ones handled with a public answer that offers the fix and moves the rest to private.
Retargeting
Ads to people who visited the site or interacted without getting in touch, bringing them back before they choose elsewhere.
Google Search retargeting
Search campaigns split in two: people who already visited the site see a different, more aggressive ad. It makes it viable to bid on terms that wouldn’t fit the margin on cold traffic.
Offer landing pages
A page dedicated to a single service with a single call to action, instead of dumping campaign traffic onto a generic homepage.
Conversation management
Enquiries on WhatsApp, Messenger and Instagram handled within defined response times, so interest expressed in a chat turns into an appointment.
Getting them back
How do I bring back people who are already customers, without starting from scratch every time?
WhatsApp CRM on Cloud API
Your own contact database with bulk sends on approved templates. It stays with the business even if the advertising platforms change their rules tomorrow.
Email marketing
Periodic communications to the database: a second owned channel, for the people who respond better to email than to chat.
Recurrence automations
Automatic messages on birthdays, due dates (service, check-up, renewal) and repurchase reminders on your service’s typical cycle. A reason to return that needs no work week after week.
Audience sync to Meta and TikTok
The database uploaded as a custom audience: stop paying to advertise to people who just bought, and go looking for the ones who resemble them.
It’s not a ladder, it’s a loop. The database built here becomes the targeting for the next round of getting known: people who already bought are excluded from the campaigns, and become the basis of the lookalike audiences used to find new customers. That’s the point where acquisition cost starts falling instead of rising.
A meeting, not a price list
The proposal is built after looking at the real situation: how the customer base works today, what is already in place and what needs building from scratch. A first contact ends by scheduling an intro meeting.
